A typical mold inspection involves a visual inspection of the entire structure and three or more air samples taken both inside and outside the building. If more extensive mold/fungi testing is needed, we take physical samples using swabs, tape lifts, and bulk samples. All samples are analyzed at a third party laboratory to ensure no conflict of interest..

We use the latest technology to locate water damage. Our electrical impedance measurement tools are non-destructive. We can measure up to an inch inside wood, brick, drywall and linoleum. The first step in treating mold/fungi problems is to find hidden water.

We use TO-15 Canister Sampling Equipment to test for VOC and Formaldehyde.

We also provide water quality testing, lead paint testing and limited asbestos testing in commercial and residential buildings, churches and hospitals.
